Papa, you have so many people who love you and will miss you terribly. I will always remember all the wonderful times we had together. I remember you putting me on your shoulders at the park as a little girl, so that I could see the trains. I remember the fun we had on our boat, and the excitement of you helping me catch my first fish! We will miss you forever, but I am comforted by the fact that you are no longer suffering from your illness. We’ll always remember your sense of humour, your drum playing, and how hard you worked for our family. We love you Papa, and we hope you will guide us and watch over us, until we meet again.
My condolences to the Pronesti family. I worked for Joe back in the 90’s at Mr Transmission great man to work for and lots of great memories and good times. I’m so glad I was able to keep in touch with a true gentleman. God bless and rest in peace my friend Joe.
How blessed I have been to know you Joe, the long talks we had about business and playing music with my son and his friends when they were younger. You always have positive outlook on life even when life was getting tougher. You are like a brother and I will miss you dearly. Rest in peace Joe
My sincerest condolences to the Pronesti family 🙏
Our heartfelt condolences and prayers Cristina/Juan and family on your loss. May the departed soul rest in peace. 🙏
My deepest condolences to Joe’s family during this hard time, I feel fortunate to have known and worked with Joe for over 20 years at Mister Transmission. He was not just a friend but family. His dedication, laughter and wisdom will never be forgotten. I remember the time you took me for a tour around Toronto on the small aircraft you flew, your one of many skills. Rest in peace my friend.
Joe, you were my other half. I don’t know how I will go forward without you. I thank God for our children who have surrounded me with all their love and support. I will miss you, but I am comforted by the fact that you are no longer suffering. Until we meet again my love! ❤️
I miss you terribly already. I will cherish every moment we spent together. Thank you for being a wonderful father and the best nonno. I love you.
I have fond memories of my cousin Joe – one was when he made a young-me laugh with his “Crazy Joe’s Drapery” impersonation. He was a great man and his presence will be missed. My condolences to his family and friends.
I am so saddened by the news of Joe’s passing. I will never forget how much he always made me laugh. My condolences to Janet, the children and the grandchildren. RIP Joe🙏
It is with such a heavy heart that I express my sorrow at the loss of such a great person..my family & Joe’s family were neighbors at Markham st for many many years…my childhood was spent with joe & my cousins…we had some of the most wonderful times of our lives, and of course joe was always the leader of the gang..as an adult, joe was a very kind, generous, respectful & loving man..My dad, Ipollito, loved him like a son & constantly went to his shop, just 2 visit & make sure he was doing good…dear joe you have been taken to soon from this world and from your lovely family & friends..you will be forever in our hearts & memories and never forgotten..
Dear Janet,
Greatly saddened to hear of Joe’s death.
Cristina and Family,
Please accept my sincerest condolences for the loss of your Father. I am truly sorry for your loss. Keeping you and your family in my continued thoughts and prayers. Stay strong xo
I grew up with Joe and the Pronesti family on Markham St. Everyone was family there. I remember Joes grandmother and grandfather. I remember at any given time, you would hear a guitar playing from the Pronesti porch, the endless baseball games we played in the lane way, or hide and seek until one of our dads would whistle and we knew it was time to go home. Joe, you were taken too soon from your family and friends. May God grant you eternal rest and peace and may your family be blessed and surrounded by love , peace and strength during this very difficult time.
I am so very sorry and sad to hear of Joe’s passing. Please accept my deepest condolences to the Families. He will always be remembered. Rest in peace Joe.
My deepest sympathies to Janet and their children at this difficult time. Joe was taken far too soon and will be missed by many. I worked for Joe at Mr. Transmission years ago and was grateful for the opportunity, the friendship and the brotherhood we shared. Recently, I had the chance to see him again and feel thankful, since he passed away soon afterwards. Joe will never be forgotten. RIP my brother.
Sending you all our prayers and sympathies. We are so very sorry for you loss. Our deepest condolences.

So sad to hear of your loss .I have know Joe since his start at Mister Transmision.my condolences to the family
It was early 1981 when I first met my good friend Joe. We were enrolled in Centennial College and graduated as transmission mechanics. Joe & I had very much in common, the love of life, the love of music and the need to become successful. This joined us in a brotherhood that became strong in the Mister Transmission family. Joe & Janet were great people and good friends through the years. The times we spent together left fond memories that will last my lifetime. His sense of humour & laughter will always be present. My heart goes out to Janet & family because as a husband, as a father, and as my brother he is loved, will be missed but always present. R.I.P. Joe you’re a friend of mine. Gary McWhirter, Mister Transmission, Richmond Hill.
