It is with sadness and much love that we announce the peaceful passing of Giuseppe “Joe” Fiorillo in Toronto, surrounded by the love of his family.
elevated WZ1l6 Joe was born in Castel Baronia, Avellino, Italy, to the late Salvatore and Erminia Fiorillo. He was the devoted husband of his beloved wife, Maria, with whom he shared 71 wonderful years of marriage, filled with love, devotion, and cherished memories.
elevated WZ1l6 He was a proud and loving father to Salvatore (Lena), Victor, Frank (Gabriella), and Rita (Dan). Joe was a cherished Nonno to Joseph (Jennifer), Michael (Shazna), Adam (Alexandra), Victoria (Ernesto), Justin (Sabrina), Matthew (Natasha), Erica, and Antonio, all of whom brought immense joy and happiness to his life. He was also an adored bisnonno to Adam, Noah, Sebastian, Julian, and Phillip.
elevated WZ1l6 Joe will be lovingly remembered by his sister, Maria; his cousins and his many nieces and nephews.
elevated WZ1l6 The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the support nurses, doctors, and personal support workers of Humber Meadows Long Term Care- Cardinal North for their kindness and compassionate care. A special thank you to the Director of Social Services, Stephanie Seguna, for her exceptional kindness and support.
elevated WZ1l6 Joe’s memory will live on forever in the hearts of his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
