elevated Sv29F It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing away of Graziela “Grace” Ponte on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 surrounded by her loving family at the age of 88. Beloved wife of 62 years to the late Manuel Ponte. Cherished mother of Rosemary (Frank), Paula (Carlos) and Ken (Paula). Devoted and caring Vavo to Corey (Sarah), Ryan (Crystal), Jamie (Hailey), Mitchell, Rachel and Lily. Proudest Great Grandmother of Casey.
elevated Sv29F Grace will always be remembered for her strength, positive attitude, her dedication to her family and adoring husband. We all learned so much from her and will treasure her words of wisdom, wonderful smile and the time we were fortunate to have with her.
