elevated 9aYlt It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Guido Lolli, who left us on September 28, 2025, in the City of Vaughan, Woodbridge, Ontario at the age of 86. He was Born on February 11, 1939 in Montorio, Abruzzo, Italy to his father Angelo Antonio Lolli and his mother Maria Lolli. He was the 9th born out of 10 children. He immigrated to Canada in 1965 in search of a better life with his wife Olga and his first son
Gianni. In 1969, he became father to his second son Walter. He spent his working years as a carpenter/framer, and later, went on to become an arc welder.
elevated 9aYlt Guido was known for his ability to create healthy and bountiful vegetable gardens. His passion was creating everything “homemade” from wines to tomato sauce, from sausages to prosciutto, from pickles to cheese, and yes, even the occasional small batch of grappa.
elevated 9aYlt He enjoyed hanging out with his friends at the Italian Club where he would often partake in card games or play bocce. Over the years, his bocce skills earned him a handful of trophies.
elevated 9aYlt Guido’s easy-going nature and sense of humor made him a favorite among family members, friends, and neighbours. People often turned to him for help in solving construction or renovation problems. He was indeed a handyman.
elevated 9aYlt He is survived by his loving wife Olga, son Walter, brother Guerino, daughter-in-laws Michelle and Marcella, 6 grandchildren Alex, Kayla, Eric, Robert, Mario and Sandro, great grandchild Mikayla, and a host of extended family and friends. After many years of battling serious health issues, may Guido Lolli finally rest in peace. He will truly be missed by all.

Missing my Caro Zio Guiducc already! His charm, wit, huge smile, loving spirit and storytelling are things I will cherish forever. A true hero because he faced adversity and challenges in his life with strength, grace and unwavering courage and inspired me and others to do the same. Wishing you eternal rest and peace Zio! My Condolences to the Lolli Family as we are neighbors on the same street known Guido since 1992 since we moved to this subdivision. He will be missed by his neighbors where we used to say hi on a daily basis and have nice conversations.
