With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Halina Magdziak, born in Stalowa Wola, Poland on July 19, 1943 and passed peacefully in Thornhill, Ontario on September 2, 2025. Predeceased by her loving husband Janusz, parents Edward and Janina Wojna, and beloved granddaughter Monica. Survived by husband Levon, son Peter (Wendy), daughter Margaret (Rick), sisters Maryla (Mikolaj, 2018) and Elizabeth (Paul). Halina was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by many relatives and friends here and internationally. Flowers can be sent to Holy Cross Funeral Home or a donation can be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation in Halina’s memory.
