elevated YPN3i Peacefully passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the age of 91. Loving wife of the late Ron Wademan Sr. Cherished mother of Karen, Ron and the late Darlene Donohoe. Proud grandmother of Natalie. Dearest great grandmother of Brooklyn and Adriano. Hazel will forever be in the hearts of many relatives and friends.
