It is with much sadness that the Aguanno family announces the passing of its much beloved matriarch Helen.
After an amazing long life Helen is once again reunited with her life partner of 60 years Santo.
Helen is survived by her children Paul (Linda), Rosemary (Peter) and Christine (Robert) and the loves of her life her eight grandchildren Anthony, Erica, Laura, Melissa, Olivia, Jack, Christian and Juliana. She is predeceased by her husband of 60 years Santo.
Known for her kind heart and welcoming smile Helen will be greatly missed. Family first, faith and love best describes our beloved Helen.
An amazing Wife, Mother and Grandmother Helen selflessly always gave 100% of herself to those around her. Caring, kind, compassionate and a wonderful sense of humour were but a few of her great attributes.
Helen was a professional stay at home Mom that was an expert in her field. Some would say she was a builder as she built a wonderful family and always had a sturdy welcoming home. Some would say she was an architect as she helped with precision to design outstanding lives for her children. Some would say that she was a sculptor as she helped mould the lives of her very appreciative eight grandchildren.
To us she was just Mom the best person that we could have ever known, a role model, a Mother second to none and heavens newest angel. It must be noted for the Grandchildren that Mom made the best sauce ever made!!
In Lieu of flowers please as our Mom would want just give your loved ones all heart felt appreciative hugs this Thanksgiving.
In Moms selfless fashion she has requested a small private family service.
A Catholic memorial celebration of life mass with all welcomed will be announced in the near future.
