elevated VAT5n Obituary
It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of loss we announce the peaceful passing of Henry George Wismayer on June 6, 2025, at the age of 95. Loving husband of the late Ernestine Wismayer, and devoted father to James (Helen) and Nicolette (Bryan McCann). He loved and cherished his granddaughters, Alexandra and Isabel. Step-grandfather to Christina, Nicholas, Stephanie, and Alexandra. Henry will be sadly missed by his siblings Albert, Donald, and Grace. He would fondly recount stories growing up in Malta with his eleven brothers and sisters and his parents Hector and Mary. Henry found his greatest happiness with his family and in his garden. He will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten.

My thoughts are with you all, Henry’s family of siblings, children, spouses and grandchildren.
You will all remember Henry as brother, dad or grandpa with love, in your own ways.
Jimmy and family, we are so sorry for the loss of your dear father and grandfather. We would like to extend our deepest condolences at this difficult time. The Hofbauer family.
Dear Nicolette and James and families,
It’s been a few days of remembering times as a kid sitting at the dinner table with you and your parents. And recalling the visits to your auntie Vic and uncle Paul’s cottage. Such fond memories with Henry and all of you. Henry’s calm and soft spoken ways were a joy to be around. He will be missed. xo
My condolences to the family. He will be missed by all. My apologies for not attending as I am in British Columbia
visiting a friend.
Sorry to hear of my uncle’s passing. Uncle Henry was a wonderful man. I have fond memories. May he rest in peace.
