It is with sadness that we announce our dear mother and grandmother and great grandmother Inez passed away in Toronto with family by her side at the age of 96. She was born in Ribeira Grande, Azores, São Miguel, Portugal to Gilberta and Jose Vasconcelos.
elevated z34f7 She is predeceased by her beloved husband Laurindo (passed in 1991). Loving mother of Oriana (Bohdan), Lucy (Lou), Laura, Sally (Mark), Lorenzo (Lori) and Mike (Shelley). Cherished Avó to Jason, Kathleen, Leah, Paul, Lisa, Ryan, Jonathan, Luke, Rachael, Alex, Matthew, and Isaiah.
elevated z34f7 Adored Bisavó to Anthony, Aidan, Teo, Oriana, Madison, Brooklyn, Jupiter, Bowie, Watts, Grace, Lili, Daniel, Mia, Micaela, Sofia, Olivia, Tea, Jayden, Arianna, Ava, Sunday, Levi and Kayden.
elevated z34f7 The family would like to extend their deepest thanks to the staff of Humber Meadows for all of their exceptional care and unfailing kindness.
elevated z34f7 Inez’s life was one filled with love for her family, her many friends, and for those whose lives she touched. Her ability to tell captivating stories created smiles, laughter, and inspiration for her family and friends.
elevated z34f7 She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all. In Memory of Inez donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation or to the Kidney Foundation.
My heart is filled with so many memories. She had so much love not only for her own children but for everyone else’s as well. My heart is indeed full .

Inez was a wonderful resilient lady. She always greeted you with a smile, ready to share laughters. It was a pleasure to listen to her, telling the innumerable events of her life.
