It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Iris Lubiana on October 19th, just shy of her 99th birthday.
elevated Pnp3Y Pre deceased by her loving husband Umberto, cherished mother of Walter (Rose), Carol (Mike), devoted and caring grandmother to Lauren (Clay) and Ryan (Laila). Iris will be dearly missed by extended family and friends.
elevated Pnp3Y Iris was born in Maser (Treviso) Italy in 1926. Iris and Umberto immigrated to Canada in 1956 in pursuit of a better life and brought a deep love for family, tradition, and hard work. She built a home filled with warmth, laughter, and the aroma of her delicious cooking — a place where love was always at the center.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Carol, Mike and family. Just know that your mom is at peace and with God’s mercy has embraced her into his arms and wrapped her in his love and warmth.

My deepest condolences to you all: Walter, Rose, Carol, Mike, Lauren(Clay) & Ryan (Laila), and your family. ‘Mama Lubiana’ to me, she always welcomed me with a smile and hug, ‘Bella’ she would say. She lived a long, full life, and left a beautiful legacy in her children, grandchildren and family. No more pain, she is now able to rest in peace.
