elevated 12F2o It is with immeasurable sadness that we announce the passing of Jacob William Moon-Wan on Friday November 15, 2024 at the age of seven. He attended St. Francis Xavier Catholic Elementary School as a grade 2 student.
elevated 12F2o Jacob was an amazing child with so much potential. He was an active boy who enjoyed playing outdoors at the park, biking, and having fun competing in baseball and hockey with his brothers and older cousins. He was a great friend, loved trucks, trains, puzzle & math champion, avid reader, and adored animals like giraffes, porcupines, elephants, goats and especially his dog Rosie.
elevated 12F2o Jacob is survived by his loving parents, Richard and Selina Moon-Wan (Ko) and brothers Alexander and Zachary. His grandparents Sam & Audrey Ko and Rolly Moon-Wan; grand uncle Ray, grand aunts Susanna & Po Chun; aunts and uncles: Laura, Jevan & Gloria, Greg & Carla, Wayne & Erica, Alice & James, Renny; also by cousins, Kaitlin, Michael, Ivyella, Mathew, Justin, Sara, and Raymond. He will also be dearly missed by his extended family members and friends.
elevated 12F2o Jacob was preceded in death by his grandmother Ivy Moon-Wan and uncle Richard Koo.
