It is with great sadness we announce the death of our dear father, James Shields. He died peacefully on Wednesday, January 11, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn and predeceased by his brother John. Cherished father of Patricia (Kent), Christine (Craig), and Susan (Rob). Proud and devoted grandfather of Sarah, Daniel, Cameron, Caitlin, Helena and Veronica. Jim’s greatest joy was his family. He lived his life extending generosity and kindness to those around him. He will be greatly missed. There will be a private service for family members. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada in memory of James Shields.  https://alzheimer.ca/en
