elevated mob1x REJMAN, JANINA-
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Janina Rejman (nee Klimowicz) on December 21, 2021 at the age of 95. She passed away peacefully at Copernicus Lodge, her home for over 20 years.

Janina was born February 28, 1926, in Wilno, Poland. The war forced her to leave her home and family to work in Latvia. As the war progressed, she was transported across Europe to Germany. She ultimately found refuge in France. There, she met and married her first husband Marian. They relocated and settled in London, England, where both sons were born. In 1956, the family moved to Canada. When Marian passed away suddenly in 1962, she was left widowed with two young children and no immediate family close-by. She met and married Michael Rejman in 1963. In 1971, at the age of 45 (a surprise for all), gave birth to her daughter Elizabeth.

Janina was incredibly proud to call herself mother. She was also proud of her work roles, excelling in various secretarial and accounting jobs during her life. Midlife, she developed a passionate interest in astrology. She enjoyed drawing up detailed charts and interpreting the alignment of the signs.

She was a strong advocate for herself and her family; a resilient, feisty individual who was unafraid to speak her truth and follow her intuition.
