Jason Andrew Segreto, born on January 25, 1975, peacefully passed away on May 5, 2025. He leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his memory.
elevated UDII5 Jason is survived by his beloved wife, Alexsia Theodorakopoulos, and their two beautiful children, Matteo and Sianna. He was a devoted father and partner whose love and dedication to his family were evident in every moment spent together.
elevated UDII5 Jason was the cherished son of Anna Segreto and the late Peter Segreto. His parents instilled in him the values of kindness, hard work, and family, which he carried with him throughout his life.
elevated UDII5 He also leaves behind three sisters who were not only his siblings but also his closest friends: Valery, Pamela (Luigi), and Elysia (Marco). The bond they shared was unbreakable, filled with love, laughter, and countless memories.
elevated UDII5 He is lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephew, Cassandra, Isabella. Analisa, Nicolas and Grace, who cherished their time spent with him and will forever hold his memory in their hearts.
elevated UDII5 Jason’s warmth, generosity, and infectious smile touched the lives of everyone who knew him. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten by all those whose lives he touched.

My sincerest condolences to Jason’s family and friends. I attended elementary school with him from kindergarten thru grade 8. I can’t think of any time when he was not in a good mood, smiling, or otherwise lifting the spirits of others. It just seemed to be his innate gift. I’d like to think he is still doing this even from the great beyond.

We may have been only Cousins – but Jason you are my little Brother. We grew up more as siblings than just cousins & this is the greatest loss of my life.
Through our lives, growing up, going our own ways – we were always bonded by our Family love. No matter what, where, why or how, we always new everything that was going on in each others lives.
Rest in eternal peace – know that your kids will be loved & supported & your memory & love will live on through them.

I am so sorry for your loss.Jason left us without saying goodbye. Jesus called him to to go home to God our Father. I have great memories of Jason and I going to Camp Brebeuf when we were young. Dear Segreto family….having you all as neighbours for 20+ years was a blessing and we can still hear Jason’s voice over the fence. Sending you all strength and prayers during this very difficult time. Cherish the wonderful memories you made together and may his memory be eternal.
We are heartbroken over the passing of our beloved cousin Jason who has left us far too soon. Though we are feeling this deep pain and loss we also want to remember all the love, laughter, joy, and countless memories (from childhood and beyond) that he brought to our lives. We will forever remember and miss his beautiful smile and laugh. You couldn’t help but smile and laugh with him no matter what mood you were in. We were blessed to be a part of Jason’s life and will miss him deeply and will always carry him in our hearts and our memories.
