Passed away peacefully with her children by her side. Beloved wife for 40 years of the late Ray Wilson. Devoted and proud mom of Randy (Jane), Janice (Bob), Donnie (Angela), Paul (Angela) and the late Robert. Loving Nonie to Lindsay, Clayton, Robyn, Richard, Katie, Michael, Olivia, Mya, Alicia and Flint. Also proud of her great-grand children. Joan was predeceased by her two sisters Donalda and Norma, and two brothers Malcolm and Richard.
Lots of pleasant memories with the Wilson family
especially for my son Anthony who was always
good friends with Robbie. While I remember the bake sales at St. Elizabeth that Joan always officiated. Quite a gal and a tough act to follow.
God bless you Joanie and that goes for Ray and Robbie too.
So many fond memories growing up for me. Always very welcoming and comforting and as a young child I always looked forward to seeing her. I will never forget Nonie.
What a wonderful lady. We had some great conversations over the years. She spoke of her family often. A good Mom to her kids. I’ll miss her. The attention and care of Joan by her daughter, Janice was something special too.
So many fond memories especially around the holidays.
