This brought me to tears. He spoke about you all the time and cherished his time with you, I’m sure. Please keep his legacy alive…have a cigar in his honour once this pandemic is over. Hearing those words about how he spoke about us put a smile on my face and a tear in my eyes. Thank you for sharing those thoughts. Take care.

Bruno and Cathy, thank you for your kind word about Joe. He will truly be missed. Take care.
Please accept our deepest condolences on the passing on of Joe, better known to his Waxer boys as Pino. Joe coached our son, Jesse’s team when he was 10 years old. They may not have won a lot of games, but Jesse remembers it as being one of his most fun years in minor hockey because Pino had a lot of fun with the boys- he was more than a coach- he was their friend, their mentor, their guide and always had a joke and a smile for the boys. To Joe, hockey was there to teach the boys how to cope as a competitive player first, then learn some hockey as you went along. The bottom line was to have fun. RIP, Pino. Your memory will live with us forever
Deepest Condolences to you and your family during this very difficult time. There are so many people that still don’t believe that Covid-19 is real, it’s unfortunate that your family had to be a testament to how real it is. I don’t know him or your family, but I read his story, and I feel your pain.
Dear Mike,
Hearing from a complete stranger and receiving condolences, truly touched our hearts. Yes, it’s unfortunate that a lot of people are not aware of how serious this virus can be. It has taken the life of my beloved husband, and father to my children. Please stay safe, and thank you for your kindness.
Theresa and John,
I wanted to thank you for your kind words and sharing those memories of Pino. His love for hockey and those years of coaching went beyond words. I really think those were some of the best years of his life. We have made some long lasting friendships and acquaintances during those years and for that I’m thankful.
Hope you and the family are all keeping safe and my best to all.
My sincere condolences to Patricia and the entire Crupi and Maggiori families. Both families have gained a special guardian angel. I remember Joe from our high school days. He always had a very infectious smile. May Joe rest in Eternal Peace and watch over his family.

I share with you all the pain and offer my prayer that your faith may give you strength in this time of deep sorrow!
“May the good earth be soft under him when he rests upon it….
And may it rest easy over him when he lay under it in deep sleep…. May it rest so lightly over him that his soul may escape quickly to rise up and up and away to travel along the trails of the universe until it reaches the eternal light………..and touch the face of God!”
Dear Wilmar,
