elevated H2kxb In Loving Memory of John Joseph Brancati

elevated H2kxb December 10, 1929 – October 17, 2026

elevated H2kxb John Joseph Brancati passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Bradford Valley C.C., at the remarkable age of 96.

elevated H2kxb Born on December 10, 1929, in York, Ontario, John spent his entire life in Southern Ontario, building a life rich in family, friendship, faith, and memories. The middle child of six, he was the last surviving member of his generation of siblings, carrying with him a lifetime of family stories, traditions, and cherished memories.

elevated H2kxb John was the beloved son of the late Giuseppe Brancati and Madeline (Della Rocca) Brancati, and brother to Frank, Mary, Sammy, Victor, and Bebe. He was part of a generation that understood the importance of family, hard work, and staying connected to the people and traditions that mattered most.

elevated H2kxb A man with a true lust for life, John had a personality that was impossible to forget. He was quick-witted, sharp, and always ready with a remark or a clever response. He had a way of making people laugh, a knack for seizing an opportunity, and a spirit that kept him engaged with the world around him. He enjoyed life’s simple pleasures, especially fishing, which gave him countless hours of enjoyment and the opportunity to appreciate the outdoors.

elevated H2kxb His Catholic faith was an important part of his life. For much of his life, John remained actively involved in his church and the wider church community, where he formed many lasting friendships. His faith, friendships, and connection to his community were meaningful parts of the life he built and the person he was.

elevated H2kxb But above everything else, John loved his family. He was a proud father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and his family remained a central part of his life. His greatest legacy is found not only in the years he lived, but in the generations that followed him, the memories he created, the lessons he passed along, and the love that will continue through his family.

elevated H2kxb John was predeceased by his beloved son, Joseph, and his daughter-in-law, Nancy. He is survived by Joseph’s wife, Lynn, his son John, and his son David (Linda). He leaves behind a family who will cherish his memory and continue sharing the stories that made him who he was.

elevated H2kxb He will be lovingly remembered by his eight grandchildren: John Brancati (Kendra); Michael Brancati (Lynette); Sarah Campbell (Chris); Johnny Campbell (Karen); Liam Campbell; Amanda Brancati; Brendan Brancati; and Nikita Brancati.

elevated H2kxb His legacy continues through his great-grandchildren: Payton, Kaelyn, Taylor, William, Declan, Olivia, Brianna, Brayden, Hayden, Nathan, Audrey, Dylan, Olivia, Chloe, and Jordan.

elevated H2kxb After 96 years, John leaves behind a family spanning generations, countless memories, enduring friendships, and a life story that will continue to be told. He will be remembered for his humour, his sharp mind, his love of fishing, his devotion to his faith and community, and the pride he took in the family he helped build.

elevated H2kxb Though he has taken his final rest, the spirit of John Brancati will live on in the laughter he inspired, the stories shared around family gatherings, the traditions carried forward, and the love that connects those he leaves behind.

elevated H2kxb A long life, well lived. A family, deeply loved. A legacy that will never be forgotten.

elevated H2kxb May he rest in eternal peace.
