   My deepest condolences to Ernesto, Frances and the family. I first met John in the 80s at the Club Lusitano in HK. Many years later, I saw him again on the TTC in Toronto. What impressed me was that he was wearing the Club Lusitano members’ necktie. What a loyal member of the Club, I thought! May John rest in peace in perpetual happiness in the Kingdom of God.
