elevated 13ZoF Jose Goncalves entered his eternal rest on January 7, 2022. Jose was 92 years old at time of passing. Beloved husband to Maria Dos Anjos and loving father to his children Jose (Anita), John, Mary (Mario), Bernadette, Dennis, Jerry (Anna). Proud grandfather to Joelle (Dan), James, Dana (Umberto), Nathan, Jesse, Amanda, Brian, Melanie, Mark, Ava and Ella and great grandfather to Rosalie, Ronin, Miguel, Adrienne, Sofia, and Marco. Jose lived a happy and long life, enjoying family get-togethers, backyard barbecues, his days at Kensington Market and relaxing on his swing.

To Jerry and the the Goncalves family, my deepest condolences to the family I also wanna extend a blessing to the family, to the grand kids and great grand kids that got to spend great times with the great grandfather and he got to see them grow, that’s what we need to look at and be blessed. All my prayers go to the family.

I have the fondest memories of your kind, funny and loving Jose. I especially loved seeing him when he visited my Vavo and Vavu. He was such a special man to them – even when he’d walk in and pull Vavu’s ears just to tease him.
