It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph Leo in Toronto, at the age of 92 surrounded by the love of his family. He was born in Toronto to Vincenzo and Maria.
elevated pNzC0 Joseph was a devoted husband of 68 wonderful years to Marie ( nee Avola).
elevated pNzC0 Loving Father to Jim (Debbie), Teresa (Sergio), Marianne and Jill. Adored grandfather of Joey (Samantha), Andrew, Rudi (Emily), Alexa and Michael. Great-grandfather to Jasper, Fox, Leo, Aurelia and Alessandro. Brother of Kay and Lucy.
elevated pNzC0 The family would like to thank the staff of D3 Wing at Sunnybrook Hospital for caring for Joseph. He will be missed and fondly remembered by all of his many nieces, nephews and friends especially his lifelong friend Frank Mattucci. In memory of Joseph, donations may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation and Sunnybrook Health Sciences.
