Our deepest condolences to Julia’s family, friends and colleagues. I remember the day Julia began her career at deHavilland Aircraft in 1986 in the Product Control department Bay1, 3rd floor. Highly motivated and supportive of her colleagues. May she rest in peace, God bless.

I am very sorry for the loss of our beloved Julia. Julia gave to everyone and expected nothing in return. I will never forget her kindness toward others and to me and my daughter and will continue to live my life with kindness toward others in her honour
Julia was a shining example of selfless love. She used to always say to all of us “always put the needs of others before your own”… This was her life’s motto.
Donna, our mom had a special love for anyone in need. When we would ask why she was this way she would say that she knew what it was like to have nothing. So she wanted to help others even when she often could not afford to. When she did this she would say, “God always provides”. She explained that her repayment from God in helping others was that she always received the blessings of true joy and peace in her life, and because she knew this is what drew her very close to God. She was a Godly woman, a holy child of God, and was never embarrassed about her Faith in Christ as a devoted Catholic Christian. Thanks again Donna!
Melanie, I know losing one’s mom is the deepest pain a heart can bear, but for me there was no good bye, she lives in my heart and memories, as I pray for you too. Look to our Blessed Mother for strength and courage, as she stood at her Son ‘s death , she will stand by you in days and weeks ahead.

Thank you Tita Fe and to the Holy Family prayer group. She was with the Holy Family prayer group for more than 25 years. She always recaller her experiences at the conferences, pilgrimages, and retreats. The Holy Family prayer group was her second family!
To Glenn and children I am very sorry for the loss of our beloved Julia. I will never forget your kindness and most of all you prayers during the most trouble and saddest time of my life. Although we lost contact for many years you are always in my thought.

Sis Julie is a the nicest, caring, kind, sweet and amazing sister and friend. She is a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She had touched the lives of everyone she met by sharing her faith. She will be greatly missed.

Tita Lita, our mom loved you and each member of the Holy Family prayer group. She always shared her stories and testimonials of Faith during those years with the prayer group. She truly was a faithful person to God and she enjoyed her devotion to the Charismatic community. The Holy Family Charismatic prayer group truly was her second family!
Sis Julia was a beautiful soul, I only knew her for just a short time, but she made me feel like I had known her all my life.
She will be dearly missed.
May her soul rest in Perfect Peace.

Dear Alvin, how true are your words! The Gift of Our Faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior teaches us that whosoever believeth in Him Shall Have Eternal Life, and by this our loved ones do live on Forever with Our Father who Is in Heaven. We just have to only say and firmly believe that such is the Truth and the Foundation of Our Christian Belief.

Happy Anniversary Mom! You went to your new home in Heaven September 6th of last year. You were buried on September 14th which is the Feast Day if The Triumph of The Cross of Christ. For a year now you have been enjoying victory over death and Eternal Life Forever in Heaven with Jesus Christ and all our loved ones.
Pray for us Mom that we too will strive to reach our true home with you one day by the way we open our lives to God today. Thank you Mom for always watching over us and asking for God’s protection over us.

Dear Kuya Glenn and family,
I am so sorry for your loss Kuya Glenn and family. We just saw you guys early this year and hearing about Tita Julia’s passing was quite shocking. I always remember how Kuya Glenn tells us how he pursued and win the heart of Tita Julia while they were dating. There were so much love when he talked about their love story. She was the love of his life. Thank you Tita Julia for your kindness, love to all OCC staff, and for always baking us your zucchini cakes. God definitely gained an angel in heaven. May God comfort you Kuya Glenn and family at this difficult time. On behalf of the OCC family, we are always here for you Kuya Glenn. Our prayers and thoughts are with you guys.
We wish to thank all those from Glenn’s work who showed up in great numbers from the Ontario Colonoscopy Clinic and Etobicoke General Hospital. It gave our Dad much courage and strength to see you all. He has great and remarkable friends from his work. Even though he’s retired, it truly was so moving to see the outpouring of love and support. Some of you never met our Mom Julia but you cried with Glenn, and this we will never forget. Julia was a kind gentle caring soul who brought joy where ever she went.
I consider myself privledged to have known Julia.
Sis Julie, you will be greatly missed and will always be remembered with fondness in our hearts. You are the most gentle and caring person I know. From the day we met, we had a special bonding and kinship as if we have known each other our whole lives. I still remember our endless laughter and giggles as we were washing dishes, pots, pans and soiled mattresses at the MOP shelters in Jamaica. You taught me that serving the Poor is a privilege and a blessing, never a sacrifice. You took in my daughter Diane into your heart and home like your own daughter and likewise I look at Melanie just like my own daughter. We love you Julie! May you rest in the eternal light of our Lord.
Our family would like to thank all of you for the love you have shown over these past two weeks. My wife’s passing happened all too quickly. But by your presence and outpouring of love, we realized that Julia was well loved because she loved everyone. One day, when it is each our time of loss and grief, we can carry on the same comfort and concern even to those whom we do not know. We met many people over these few days who did not know Julia, but they were very moved to reach out to us, and we appreciate this very very much. Thank you again for coming and for showing your love and respect for our dearly beloved Julia, may our dear sister in Christ rest in His peace in the Eternal Home of Our Father in Heaven. Happy Anniversary Mom. I love you and I miss you. We your family are each stronger because of your legacy. Today I realize how much you suffered but because of your faith in God, you were always at peace and so joyful and filled with love for everyone. So many people come to me telling me how much they loved you and what a beautiful person you were. God is lucky to have up up there today, but we are even more blessed knowing you are still imparting your special love to us just from a different place. One day mom, I would like to be known just as you were known to have loved so many and to have loved and service God, family and community.
