elevated Yr3tc It is with great sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Justin Shue Yung Cheng on Sunday May 16, 2021 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of 42 years to the late Theresa. Justin will be eternally remembered by his children Julia (Barry), Michele (Ryan), Daniel (Trudy). He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren Bethany, Brianna and Olivia. Justin is also the dear eldest brother to Rosemary (Dominic), Anita (Raymond) and David (Juanita).
elevated Yr3tc Justin was born in Hong Kong to Cheang Sheng Yeok and Yau Wah. He was the eldest of four children. After getting married, Justin, Theresa and their eldest daughter Julia immigrated to Toronto, Canada. Justin and Theresa then had two other children, namely Michele and Daniel. Justin was actively involved in the Chinese community through his volunteer work at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Toronto. Justin is best remembered as an organizer of activities and pilgrimages who enjoyed reading the newspaper and eating dim sum. Justin will be dearly missed by all those who knew him.
elevated Yr3tc A funeral mass service will be held on Friday May 21, 2021 at 9:00 am at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home (Virtual service). Due to COVID, the physical attendance at the funeral is reserved for immediate family members only. Please join the funeral with the live stream during the funeral time. If desired, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.

Rest In Peace Uncle Justin. I will miss you. I will keep you and Auntie Teresa in my prayers.
Deepest Condolences to the family. We remember Justin as being warm and very hospitable to us. We greatly enjoyed visits with him at many family gatherings through the years. We will miss him.
RIP Justin. You are greatly missed. No more monthly dim sum get together, no more chit chat about what’s going on in the world, no more laughters and sharing about what’s happening with our kids. Everytime we passed by your building all these memories regurgitated. Now that you have passed may GOD receive you and you and Teresa will be for ever in heaven with HIM. Justin, our first cousin, was a wonderful person and we will always remember his warmth and kindness when we were together.

My Dearest Uncle Justin,
Greatly missed as you will always be remembered as a courteous figure with true kindheartedness to all of us. May you find eternal peace and happiness in another world.
It is truly heartbreaking to lose someone who has been a friend for more than 60 years. In our last conversation a few weeks earlier, we said that we would go yum cha when the lockdown is over. You even suggested the restaurant in Markham where you and your family like to go for dinner. Before the lockdown is over, you are gone. Now, our meeting will not happen.
Rest in peace, Justin, you will be missed.
