elevated oUwD3 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Ladunni “Kike” Oyewumi, a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and cousin. Her life was defined by strength and an unwavering optimistic spirit. From her early years, Kike faced every challenge with grace.
elevated oUwD3 Kike is lovingly remembered by her parents, Dr. L. Kola Oyewumi and Mrs. Cecilia Oyewumi; her siblings, Lami (Adrian), Seyi (Michelle), and Dupe (Konata); and her cherished nieces and nephews – Xavier, Serena, Gordon, Naomi, Athena, Miles, and Malcolm. She is also remembered fondly by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
elevated oUwD3 Kike’s nurturing spirit made her the heart of our family. She flourished with beauty and strength, even in the face of adversity, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and resilience. She will be cherished forever.
elevated oUwD3 Keeks, you will be forever loved and never forgotten. All of your beautiful nieces and nephews will know you through us. We will take every opportunity to remind them that they can trace many of their best qualities back to you their amazing Auntie Keeks.

Words can express or explain the damp feelings ever since we heard the bad news, we have cried and and asked God why? I know no one can add a cubit or iota in the doings of the Lord but I feel that no parents should bury their children because I know it is devastating having been a witness in my own family.

Our last moments with her where we really bonded was a very rare privilege.
Kike was a very pleasant, warm and hospitable damsel with a very large heart.
I am consoled with the fact that the Lord showed me where she is.

The revelation was very vivid and that was when I stopped praying and crying.
Kike is where we all are striving to be.

She impacted lives.
She is no more in pains.
