elevated wa4VU It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Leonardo Da Ponte. On August 1, 2021 at Brampton Civic Hospital at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Luisa Da Ponte. Loving father of Sandra Da Ponte Almeida and husband Nuno Almeida. Caring grandfather of Jonathan, Paulo, and Justin Leonardo will be dearly missed and loved by many family members and friends. Visitation will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home (211 Langstaff Rd E) on Thursday August 5, 2021 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, mass will be held on Friday August 6, 2021 at 1:30pm for immediate family. A private cremation will follow. Leonardo will be held dear forever in our hearts. Friends and family are invited to view the funeral mass. Please click the link below to view.
