It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Liberata Pompilio (née Gismondi) on January 29, 2025, at the age of 93. Now reunited with her beloved husband Luigi, dear daughter Anna Maria, and siblings, Nicola, Gennaro, and Loreta. Born on July 3, 1931, in Sora (S. Vincenzo Ferreri), Frosinone, Italy, to Gaetano and Cristina. Liberata was a devoted mother to Vincenzo (Janice), Rita (John), and Antonio (Zoie), and a proud nonna to Andrew (Veronika), Elena, Adrian, and Augustus. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. A devout daughter of God, Liberata will be lovingly remembered for her unwavering faith and a life centered on daily prayer.
