Survived by her husband Joao; her children, Jose (Maria), Antonio (Rita), and John (Judite); her grandchildren, Sonia (Ben), Filipe (Maria), Diane (Miguel), Christine (Justin), Emily, and Evan; and great grandchildren Cassandra, Hudson, Madeline, and Jason.
elevated bpv1D Lidia had a long life, happily living in her home. Born in Achada, Sao Miguel, Acores, she immigrated with her family to Canada in 1974. She loved spending time with her family, especially the time she spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved her flower garden and was constantly working on it. She will be remembered for her dedication to family and boundless love.
elevated bpv1D Funeral services will be held on Monday July 4, 2022 at Assumption Cemetery. There will be a viewing held from 9-10:30 AM, followed by a short service, interment, and reception. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your charity or cause of choice.
