It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of loss we announce the peaceful passing of Lilia Tanchoco (nee Brual) on May 22, 2025, in Newmarket, Ontario, at the age of 75. Beloved wife of Roland Chan for 34 years. Loving mother of Michelle, Jocelyn, Roland and Genevieve. Proud Lola of Alyssa, Aidan, Ava, Jordyn, Taylor, Nicole, Veronica, Peyton, Vanessa, Matteo, and Nicolas. Lilia will be sadly missed, but will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten by her family and friends.

I am truly saddened by the untimely passing of Lilia, a very dear friend.
My heartfelt condolences to Roland and their beautiful family. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. May lovely memories of her ease your sorrow.
My treasured memories of her will forever be etched in my heart.

Gie and I sympathize with Roland and family: Michelle, Jocelyn, Roland and Genevieve; grandchildren – Alyssa, Aidan, Ava, Jordyn, Taylor, Nicole, Veronica, Peyton, Vanessa, Matteo, and Nicolas, on the untimely passing of the family’s matriarch.
Gie and I would sorely miss Lilia, She had been very kind to me and my wife, Gie, since we met her in 1996, through her husband Roland.
Eternal rest grant unto the soul of Lilia and perpetual light shine upon her through the mercy of God. Amen.
So sorry to see a good friend go, known her for the past 45 years a great loss for me and of course for Roland and the daughters who until the mas moment remained devoted to her . May she rest in peace

Farewell Li I will miss you forever. I will just reminisce our time together during our getaways together with some of the LiLand agents. Those memories will linger in my mind. Rest in peace.
