It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lina Genova (Woodbridge, Ontario) on July 15, 2026 at the age of 92. 

elevated wWYF3 She was predeceased by: her husband Antonino Genova; her parents, Gaspare Muratore and Giuseppa Pitruzzella; her parents-in-law, Grazia Genova and Gaetano Genova; her sisters, Diega Cosentino, Concetta Genova, Antonia Genova, Crocifissa Strazzeri; her brothers-in-law Giuseppe Genova, Angelo Genova, Gaetano Genova and son-in-law Pasquale Manzone.

elevated wWYF3 She will be greatly missed by her children Pina (Carmelo), Gaetano (Elizabetta) and Grazia; her grandchildren Josie (Anthony), Lina, Sabrina, Serena (Carlo), Christian, Clementina (Daniele), Lina, Josie (Mario), Tony (Amanda); and her great-grandchildren Alessia, Alessandro, Isabella, Joseph, Francesco, Victoria, Mila, Lia, Adriano, Gianluca, Allegra, Massimo and Julian.

elevated wWYF3 Though our hearts are broken, we are grateful for the long life she lived and the love she gave so freely. She will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts.
