Linda:
We will miss you and our weekly conversations. After over 30 years of knowing you, it is hard to say goodbye. You were a dutiful daughter, church member and employee. Those of us that got to know you well, were fortunate indeed. We’re sorry for the suffering you have endured over the past few years. We choose to think of you as happy, well and in heaven with your God.
Linda, you will surely be missed by many. I will miss our conversations and lunch outings. You had such a positive look on life and others.
May you rest in eternal peace.
Linda, we’ve known each other for about 25 years. I will miss our lively political discussions and strong opinions shared on cancer treatment. We usually ended these conversations by saying: “If only we were in charge, everything would be so much better.” Your witty sense of humour always made me laugh. But most of all I will remember your absolute loyalty to family, friends, and employer. Once I joked about one of my many shortcomings and you simply said: “You have many other strengths.” You are already missed. Rest in Peace. Love, Karen, and Bill
Linda was a wonderful person and it was our great fortune to know her and share in family celebrations with her. Her cheerful and positive outlook through multiple health issues are a testament to her unbreakable spirit and an inspiration to those that knew her. Our deepest sympathies to her family and friends.
Such sad news hearing of your passing. You were a brave woman and overly dedicated employee. You will be missed by many. Rest In Peace dear friend.
There is soo much to thank-you for Linda. You will be forever missed and never forgotten.
xoxo
Sam and Mark
There was never a dull moment with Linda. The famous jokes that were assured to put a smile on someone’s face, even in those “rough day” moments in the office. The support and ready-to-help Linda shared will not be forgotten! Rest in peace…..and God be with you!
Linda, Chris and I will miss our conversations we have had over the past years. Your smile will be missed by lots. My you test in peace. Hope you have a grand family reunion with Gary, your Mom and Dad and Paul.
Linda was a very dear friend to Barry & me and so many others. Linda always remembered those she met along the way. She was amazing in her ability to remember the names and faces of people she had only met once as well as remembering all the people that she worked with at the college over several decades. They also remembered her.
Linda was always kind, thoughtful, and engaging, and willing to help anyone in need. We admired Linda’s ability to stay positive in the face of challenges that came her way. Linda, we will always remember you and miss you. You left us too soon!
Linda was one of my best friends. I’m going to miss our wonderful phone calls. We always tried to stay in contact after we both retired from Centennial College. I truly valued her friendship. She was a very loving and caring person. I will miss her a lot.
I’m so heartbroken to hear of Linda’s passing. I will always remember her incredible thoughtfulness, always putting others first. Linda was such a positive shining light and I will forever be grateful to her for looking after me.
Rest easy, my friend. You will be dearly missed.
Sad to hear of Linda’s passing. Deepest sympathies to the family.
Linda was a colleague and friend.
Will remember her sharp wit, kindness, humour and amazing positive words.
