In Loving Memory of Lorenzo Gibellini
God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to
be; So he put his arms around you, and whispered,
“Come to me.” With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you
pass away; Although we loved you dearly, we could not make
you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working
hands to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, he only
takes the best.
For those of you who had the privilege of knowing and supporting Lorenzo, know that he presented as a shy and quiet boy, however once you got to know him, he loved to joke around and make you smile. He loved his visits to the LEC room, and his special lunch time gatherings with his friends in the ISP class. We all know that he faced some physical challenges, but that never deterred him from having a beautiful smile on his face. He had this incredible ability to overcome obstacles that some of us might not have had the strength to do so. His resilience was unprecedented. We will miss his daily visits, his smile, but his memory will be with us forever.
Gone but never forgotten,
– Mrs. Brancatella & Mr. R. Sabatini

My Sincerest Sympathy for you and your family during this difficult time.
May your hearts be filled with the love and memories you shared with your Lorenzo.
Dear Gibellini Family (and friends), there was something about him, that is for sure. I noticed him one day at St. Eds and after a few days knew I had to get to know this child and eventually we developed a sort of mentor/mentee relationship. In working with him my life was enriched and, though he was not a part of the class I worked in, he came to add his spirit to our class and we were all the better for having known him. He takes a small piece of me with him and I look forward to the day we can laugh together again. I heart goes out to you, whose lives are impacted so drastically by his passing. God Bless little one.
To Our Dear Nephew/Godson Lorenzo,
You left us with a broken heart, but we know that you are with the Lord now. Your stronge faith for the Lord is a beautiful example for all of us and we will never forget that. We will miss your beautiful smile, your wittiness and your sweet voice. We love you so much and we are so proud of you. Thank you for all the beautiful memories you have left us with. May God welcome you in his kingdom and keep you safe and grant you eternal rest.
Love you always and forever and ever ❤️
