It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lorenzo Joseph Turco on April 3rd, 2025, at the age of 65. Born in Port Arthur, Ontario, known now as the city of Thunder Bay.
elevated h7sRm Lorenzo will be remembered for his vibrant energy, sense of humour, and his big heart. He was a friendly person with a great personality and will always be remembered with a heart of gold.
elevated h7sRm A true animal lover, Lorenzo had a special affection for cats. Amber and Tux who lived with him and his brother Tony and Ugo, will sorely miss him.
elevated h7sRm Lorenzo is survived by his siblings: John, Tony (Kerry), Ugo, sister Lidia (John) and brother in law Rick. He was predeceased by his sisters Rose (passed in 2014) and Lina (passed in 2008), and is now reunited with his beloved parents, Fiorina (passed in 2019) and Mario (passed in 2015).
elevated h7sRm He was a cherished uncle to Johnmark (Maria), Jennifer, Suzie (Jerome), Maryanne (Mike), Josette (Domenic), Robert, Mariah(Aryan), Vanessa, and Thomas. Lorenzo also leaves behind his adored great-nieces and nephews: Vincent, Ava, Anthony, Lily, Julian, Charlotte, and Madeline.
elevated h7sRm Lorenzo will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His warmth, laughter, and generous spirit will live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
