elevated nIkmn It is with deeply saddened hearts that we share the news that our beloved husband and father Louis D’Cruz passed peacefully on October 23, 2026.
elevated nIkmn Lou lived a long and fulfilling life, finding comfort in his home and cherishing the company of those he loved. He had a deep passion for music and gardening and enjoyed reading, fishing, singing, dancing, and playing his beloved guitar. No party or gathering was complete without Lou and his guitar. With his infectious enthusiasm, he brought people together through music, laughter, and merriment, creating treasured memories for everyone.
elevated nIkmn Throughout his life, Lou faced change and challenges with remarkable resilience, always maintaining his positive outlook and wonderful sense of humour. He was a true gentleman—kind, wise, gracious, and dignified. To know him was to love him, and he will be remembered with deep affection, gratitude, and the utmost respect.
elevated nIkmn Lou took immense pride in his garden which was truly his labour of love. He devoted countless hours to tending it with love, patience and care and took great pleasure in seeing it flourish. It was a beautiful reflection of Lou himself — his dedication, his meticulous nature, and the love he poured into everything he cherished.
elevated nIkmn Lou also looked forward to his weekend fishing trips with friends, which were a source of great enjoyment and relaxation. He treasured these outings, not just for the thrill of fishing, but for the laughter, friendship, and special moments shared along the way.
elevated nIkmn Lou also enjoyed his evening drink, a little ritual he looked forward to each day — much to his wife’s dismay! It was one of those little habits that was uniquely Lou and will surely bring a smile to the faces of those who knew him best.
elevated nIkmn Music and dancing held a special place in Lou’s heart, particularly the jive. Whenever the music played, he could be found dancing with the best lady dancer in his arms. Together, they brought the dance floor to life, delighting everyone who stopped to admire their lively moves.
elevated nIkmn Lou was an avid reader who always had a book close at hand. He would happily pass on his favourite reads, wanting others to experience the same pleasure and enjoyment he had found in its pages. For Lou, a good book was even more special when it could be shared with others.
elevated nIkmn Christmas was another of Lou’s favourite times of the year. He eagerly anticipated putting up the Christmas tree, carefully arranging every ornament to perfection. No one dared change his meticulously planned design! With a different theme each year, his Christmas trees reflected his creativity, attention to detail, and festive spirit.
elevated nIkmn These cherished pastimes were more than hobbies; they reflected Lou’s passionate, generous, and joyful nature. His love of books and music, his beautiful garden, fishing adventures, dancing and beloved Christmas traditions will remain treasured memories for all who had the privilege of sharing in his life.
elevated nIkmn Lou leaves behind a lasting legacy of kindness, wisdom, grace, and love. He will be deeply missed, fondly remembered, and forever held in the hearts of all those whose lives he touched.
