elevated YjMw8 It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of loss we announce the sudden passing Lucia Maria Aguiar DaPonte Moreira on December 18, 2024, at Sunnybrook Hospital, in Toronto at the age of 66. Born on July 2, 1958 in Rabo De Peixe, Azores, Portugal. Reunited in Heaven with her caring parents Manuel and Fernanda. Loving wife of Leonardo for over 44 years of marriage. Beloved mother of Christina (Edward) and Derrick (Stephanie). Proud Vavó of Jenna & Liam. Adored sister of Jose (Desprazer), Fatima (late Antonio), Trinidad (late Jose), Eduarda (Joseph), Rosaria (Fernando), Antonio (Kathy) and Germano (Zelia). Lucia will be sadly missed and held dear in the hearts of her nieces & nephews and many friends. She will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten.
