Born on December 12, 1928, in Gesuiti, Cosenza, Calabria, Italy, Luciano lived a life rich in quiet love and unwavering dedication to his family.
elevated zcB6Y Luciano was truly a man of his hands and his heart. He found such profound joy in cultivating his garden, where vibrant life flourished under his care, mirroring the love he poured into his family. He had an incredible gift for fixing things, always ready to lend his skills to mend not just objects, but often spirits too. We’ll forever cherish his warm smile and the incredible calm demeanor that made everyone around him feel at ease and loved. He was a gentle soul whose presence brought comfort and a sense of enduring peace.
elevated zcB6Y He now joins his beloved wife, Elena Napolitano, and his son-in-law, Giulio Quintieri, in eternal rest. Luciano’s profound love lives on through his treasured daughters, Palmira Quintieri, Anna Maria (Tony) Cornacchia, and Anita (Mario) Lanzillotta. He was a devoted and adored Nonno to his grandchildren: Michael (Nadine), Frank (Oriana), Tony, Marcello and Carlo (Cora) Quintieri; Francesca (Salvatore) Guinci; Paola (Jason) D’Agostino; Alfredo (Lisa) Lanzillotta, Michael (Diana) Lanzillotta, and Mario (Amelia) Lanzillotta. The light of his life continued to shine brightly through his great-grandchildren: Julian, Andrew, Ava, Joshua, Alex, Julia, Rosario, Chiara and Romeo Quintieri; Marianna and Alessandra Guinci; Marco and Matteo D’Agostino; Mario, Matthew, Olivia, Thomas, Michael, Gabriel and Simona Lanzillotta. Each of them carries a piece of his enduring kindness and gentle spirit.
