Cherished Nonna of Victoria and Sarah (Sam); Joseph (Biljana), Christina (Daniel), Michael (Lisa) and Jessica. Bisnonna to Beatrice, Marco, Ina, Celine, Julian and Stefano. She joins her beloved husband, Domenico, parents Valerio and Maria Vittoria as well as her brothers Camillo, Antonio, Serafino, Mariano, Tomaso, and Luigi in God’s loving arms.  She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

elevated lBjuv Lucrezia was happiest surrounded by family and friends in the kitchen, in the garden, or at church. She left her beloved family in Alvito and emigrated to Canada in 1965 with Tina and Angelo to join her husband, Domenico. She became an active member of the Italian parish at St. Catherine of Siena on the Danforth. She worked for years on the factory floor of Reliable Toys while encouraging Tina and Angelo in their studies.

elevated lBjuv After moving to Richmond Hill in 1987 she became active in the St. Mary Immaculate Parish Italian community in the choir, prayer groups and in hospital visitation. She loved taking care of all her grandchildren. After Domenico passed away in 1992, she earned her driver’s license at 61 years of age! She loved to go on pilgrimage to Martyr’s Shrine, St. Anne de Beaupré, Fatima, Lourdes, Loreto, Medjugorje, Assisi, Rome, and twice to the Holy Land. Lucrezia loved to learn about the world and her faith and took several courses to improve her English and knowledge of Christianity. She is remembered for her warmth, energy and care for family and friends. (And cookies)!
