It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Luigi Veltri, who passed away on June 4^th, 2025, at the age of 89. Born in Dipignano, Cosenza, Italy, Luigi brought with him a deep love for family, tradition, and hard work when he immigrated to Canada. A beloved husband of 62 years to Assuntina. Loving father and father-in-law to Salvatore and his wife Susan, and Erminia and her husband Roberto. Cherished Nonno to Steven (Heather), Stephanie (Brendan), Samantha, Michael, Alex, and Adrian.  Adoring Bisnonno to Brayden and Liam. Remembered by his siblings, Maria, Francesco, and Ida. He found true joy in the moments shared with loved ones. Family was at the heart of his world, and his kindness, strength, and steady presence will be missed every day. Though gone too soon, Luigi leaves behind a legacy of love that will live on in all who knew him.
