elevated dMagI LUISA MANCINI (Centofanti), age 93 years, passed away peacefully with family by her side at Lions Gate Hospital in North Vancouver, BC on January 12, 2024. She is lovingly remembered by her sister, Connie Benincasa and niece Carol (Jeff) and nephew John; her son John (Alexandra) and grandchildren Kimberly (Jon), Stephanie (Andrew) and David (Amanda); her daughter Susan (Paul) and grandchildren Michael (Marianna) and Justin (Ingrid); her 6 great-grandchildren: Zoë (Kimberly), Olivia and Chloe (Stephanie), Charlie and Robin (David), and Jacopo (Justin) as well as numerous other relatives and many friends both in Toronto and in West Vancouver. Luisa was predeceased by her brother (Giovanni), her father (Giovanni) and mother (Ida) as well as her loving and wonderful husband Francesco. Luisa was born in Introdacqua, Italy, November 3, 1930, and immigrated as a young seamstress to Toronto where she met Francesco at Tip Top Tailors. She moved to West Vancouver in 2005 and enjoyed a rich, retirement community experience until her passing.

elevated dMagI Visitation will take place at Holy Cross Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Rd E, Thornhill, ON L3T 2C7 and is planned for Friday, January 19 in the evening. A Mass of Christian Burial is planned for Saturday, January 20 followed by a reception.
