elevated 5rWVW It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Luiza on November 24, 2018 at the age of 93, surrounded by her family. She has been reunited with her husband Jose Manuel Tavares Brum.  Sister of Dina and Deodato. Loving mother of Maria da Gloria Vicente (the late Antonio) and Joao Carlos Brum (Filomena). Cherished Avó of Antonio Jose (Ana), Jose Francisco (Magda), Emanuela (Johnson), Maria do Rosario (Gary), Luisa (Matthew), David (Ashley), Marcia (Jose Eduardo), Renata, Rui, Nelson (Veronica), Carlos (Diana), and Marlene (Jose). Bisavó of Anthony, Christopher, Emily, Isabella, Julian, Kylie, Tyler, Joshua, Elize, Justice, Jose Francisco, Joao Pedro, Justin, Maria and Joao. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. The family will receive friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Road East (west of Bayview Ave.) on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place within the funeral home in the Chapel of St. Joseph on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. The final rite of committal and interment will take place at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (8361 Yonge Street Thornhill).
