elevated ifLI4 Born in the village of Mravinjac, Croatia, to Luko and Jele Kotlar, Luko later immigrated to Canada and made Mississauga his home. He lived his life with a quiet strength and dignity, always carrying with him the rich history and spirit of his Croatian homeland.

elevated ifLI4 Luko is survived by his loving family members remaining in Croatia. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his close circle of dear friends and neighbors in the Mississauga community who became his chosen family.
