It is with great sorrow we announce that Maria Valente, 88, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on October 15, 2025. She will greatly missed by her sons Frank & Rui, daughter in law Angie, her grandchildren and all that had the honour of knowing her. Maria’s family takes comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with her one & only love Jose Valente.

My sincerest condolences for your loss. My last visit with your mom will forever be a special memory for me. She was a beautiful lady who raised some incredible sons. May her soul rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers to all those mourning her passing.
Minha querida Madrinha. I loved you dearly. I will miss our long conversations at your kitchen table, and now at the nursing home that was quite close, but unfortunately very short lived.
Have many memories of the 4 of us going places together, Niagara Falls, Niagara on the lake for Padrinho’s maple candies, Listowel for wool to name a few. Love you and miss you so.
