elevated l0fgl With sadness we announce the passing of Maria da Conceicao Jordao Neves on Friday, April 24, 2026 with her family by her side. Devoted wife to Antonio for the past 65 years.
elevated l0fgl Loving mother to Rui, Cheryl, Leonor and Anthony. Proud Grandmother to Jacob, Emily and Iliyan.
elevated l0fgl Maria da Conceicao will be fondly remembered by her sisters, brothers and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
