elevated OUuw4 Maria passed away peacefully on Sunday March 10, 2024, 21 days before her 98th birthday. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Johann. Maria will be greatly missed by her daughter, Rosemarie; her son, Alfred (Sharon) and her son, Ronald (Sandra).
elevated OUuw4 She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren: Mary-Anne, Brenda (Shawn), Sean (Mashail), Nicholas, Katherine (Kevin), and Michael (Hayley).
elevated OUuw4 The family will pass on the memories of Maria’s love, support, humour and generosity of spirit to her great grandchildren: William, Lily and Idris.
elevated OUuw4 She will be missed by her sister, Ida and a large circle of nieces, nephews and cousins in Austria. Maria was predeceased by her siblings Johann and Aloisia, and her granddaughter Michelle.
elevated OUuw4 The family thanks Dr. Gorman and all the staff at Amica Unionville for the care and dignity they provided, and especially for the devotion and affection they demonstrated.

My condolences to Ron, Sandra and the rest of the family. I always enjoyed my conversations with Maria regarding her fabulous baking. Rest in peace Oma.
