elevated 4Fk5H Maria Fatima Godinho passed away peacefully on May 30, 2023, surrounded by loved ones at Trillium Hospital in Mississauga at the remarkable age of 89.
Devoted wife of the late Manuel Coelho Godinho & loving mother to Oldemiro (Alda) and Frank (Alzira)
Adoring Avó to Ashley (Mike), Daniel (Sara) & Ryan (Aminah).
She was born on October 9, 1933 to her late parents Manuel & Mary Inacio in Terceira, Açores Portugal. She was the eldest of 6 children, Manuel Inacio (Zuraida) , John Inacio (Maria), Frank Inacio (Lena) , Aurora Day (Steve) & Rita Inacio.
In honour of Maria Fatima Godinho donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada.
Maria Fatima Godinho will be greatly missed by her family and friends and will be loved forever.

I have many memories of Senhora Godinho. I will always remember her quick wit, laughter and sense of humour. I will cherish the memories of those times I spent with her. May she rest in peace and may her family find solace from family and friends.

Dear Sra. Maria, I was not fortunate to get to know you, I am lucky to have a very close friendship with your son Frank and his wife Alzira. For the examplary son you raised I can only imagine the docile, patient, caring +++ you were to the entire family. You leave the presence but the memories stay for eternity. RIP
I am lucky enough to be able to say that I have so many wonderful memories with Senhora Fatima.
From trips to California and Kingston, she was always the life of the party and never missed a beat.
She was always super thoughtful to Ze, Seleena and I.
We will miss you greatly.
Sou grato por ter conhecido Sra Fátima e criado em torno dela. Ela sempre foi gentil com meus filhos e uma alma tão engraçada. Ela era a alma da festa. Ela sempre teve piadas por dias. Seu sorriso era contagiante. Adorei receber seus cachecóis e gorros de tricô para nós no Natal. Ela teve um ótimo ♥️🙏🫶 Espero que onde ela esteja, ela esteja sorrindo e cuidando da família lá de cima e em paz.
