Obituary
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Maria Grazia Carnevale (nee Centofante) in her 90th year on April 28, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Ruggiero Carnevale (2011), survived by her children Giancarlo (Marlene), Linda (Joseph) and Angela (Joseph), her grandchildren Gianpaul, Andrew, Jesse, Matthew, Julian and Michael, and her great-grandchild Mason. Predeceased by her great-grandchild the late Gianpaul Jr. (2023). Loving daughter of the late Angelo Centofante and Linda Santangelo.

elevated myO5v Maria Grazia was born in Pontecorvo, Frosinone, Italy. She immigrated to Canada in 1955 to start a new adventure with her beloved husband Ruggiero. She worked diligently her whole life, especially for her family, and always offered a lending hand to anyone in need. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures, including the outdoors and gardening. She also enjoyed knitting and crocheting creating beautiful tapestries, hats, scarves, booties and cute baby outfits for her family and friends. Maria Grazia will forever be remembered by her many relatives and friends in Canada, United States and Italy. She will be dearly missed by all those who loved her.

elevated myO5v If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Hospital for Sick Children would be greatly appreciated in honour of Maria Grazia Carnevale.

elevated myO5v Words cannot fully express the depth of our gratitude for your generous support, kind words, and heartfelt prayers during this difficult time. Thank you
