It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of loss we announce the peaceful passing of Maria Ines Pigat (nee Pascot) on November 25, 2024, at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Born on March 13, 1925 in Azzano Decimo, Pordenone, Italy to parents Alessandro & Angelina. Reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband Gino. Beloved mother of Dino (Gerry) and Julian. Proud Nonna of Dennis, Jean-Paul (Natalia), Simona (Louie) and Richard (Soraya). Adored bisnonna of Julian, Claire and Mateo. Maria will be sadly missed and held dear in the hearts of her many extended family and friends. She will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten.

The longer you live the more time you get to spend with an individual, Maria was one on those people who was always a pleasure to spend time with over the years
She will be missed.
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Maria. She was a dear friend and always in my thoughts. We had many good times together. My sincerest condolences to the family.
