elevated hlxr2 It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Maria Marano on February 6, 2024 surrounded by her loving family at the age of 77. Beloved wife of 57 years to Domenico. Caring and devoted mother to Ornella, Lori, and Lea. Proud Nonna to Daniel and Lucas. Loving sister to Mario (Susan), Tony, and sister in law to Concetta (Angelo Antonio). She will be reunited in heaven with her loving parents Stefano and Genoveffa Russo and her nephew Bruno Vettese. Maria will be lovingly remembered in the hearts of many family and friends.
elevated hlxr2 Maria courageously fought her battle with cancer like a true warrior. She remained selfless and maintained a positive spirit throughout. Her proudest moments were spending time with her grandsons, Daniel and Lucas, never missing an activity or event. They shared a special bond-the boys were the loves of her life.

My Maria #1. She was my second mom from 4 months old until I was 6… walked me to St. Paschal for school, taught me to cross the street safely, and taught me that nap time started when Days of Our Lives finished at 2pm. We are deeply heartbroken that you have passed, but can find comfort knowing you are no longer suffering. I will forever treasure your memory. My sincerest condolences 🙏❤️
