elevated 8YnkY It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Maria Rosa Caputi (nee: Ippolito). God called onto Maria on Sunday March 9, 2025 and she passed away peacefully at Humber River Hospital, Toronto.

elevated 8YnkY Predeceased by her beloved husband, Orlando Caputi and her loving parents Mariano Ippolito & Iolanda Prete. Also cared for deeply and raised by her step mother Carmela Magliocchi. Maria was a loving step mother to Frank (Gina). Adored nonna to Gianluca Caputi (Adelina) and Bianca Nardone (Michael) Cherised bisnonna to her four nipotini, Chloe, Caterina, Alexia and Giacomo. Loyal sister to her siblings in Italy, the late; Rita, the late; Lidia, and step siblings Florinda, Marcella and the late; Floriano.

elevated 8YnkY Maria loved all her family with an incredible and fierce love and was completely devoted to every member. She lived a very simple life and was happy to be a part of all her families significant milestones and celebrations as well as being present to offer advice, give support and just be there during the trying times. A kind, gentle soul that engaged everyone she met with her sweetness and unwavering love.

elevated 8YnkY We would like to mention a special thank you to all the doctors, nurses and social workers from Humber River Hospital ICU, for your generous and constant support.

elevated 8YnkY Maria will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her extended family and friends.
