elevated PxOtQ Born in Cassino, Italy on June 18, 1928, Maria Valente passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 18, 2023, at the age of 94. She is joined in heaven by her beloved husband, Antonio, and dearly missed son Florio (Jayne). Dedicated mother to Silvio (Dorothy) and cherished grandmother to Marino, Marco, Olivia, and Elizabeth. Maria could always be found in the kitchen and was happiest cooking homemade meals for her family. Remembered as a selfless and dedicated matriarch of her family, Maria will be most remembered for being strong, determined, and resilient. She has touched many lives and hearts in her long 94 years and will be greatly missed by all.

Dear zia, you will be sorely missed. The times I remember the most are with your beloved husband, mom and dad. They had the most fun eating and watching the Leafs play the Canadians!
I loved our phone chats, our visits to the Italian eatery, and the many visits at your condo apartment. My condolences to Silvio, Dorothy, Olivia and Elizabeth. I know how much she loved you!
Our condolences go out to Jane, Marino and Marco.
Zia……I will cherish the many phone calls and conversations we used to have. Thank you for always remembering my birthday, never missing a year to wish me the best. This simple gesture speaks words to how selfless you were. Our conversations would never end without mentioning your family and how much they meant to you. You will be dearly missed, but I know you are in the presence of our Lord and are in peace surrounded by His love! My sincerest sympathies to the entire family. God Bless💕⚘️🙏
