elevated ySZ9K It is with a broken heart and a profound sense of loss that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved patriarch, Mario Lombardo, at Dorothy Ley Hospice on September 2, 2026, at the age of 90 years and 9 months.

elevated ySZ9K Mario was a devoted husband to his loving wife, Rose, with whom he shared 66 years and 7 months of marriage. He was a treasured father to his four children, Nancy (Joe), Alfonso (Sofia), Maryann (Domenic), and John (Giuliana).

elevated ySZ9K He was a proud Nonno to Anthony, Stephanie, Adriana, Mathew, Natalie, Selena, Massimo, and Christopher, and a loving BisNonno to Eliana, Amariya, and Gianni.

elevated ySZ9K Mario will be deeply missed by his entire family and by all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving him. His kindness, warmth, wonderful sense of humour, and unwavering love for his family will remain in our hearts forever.

elevated ySZ9K The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all the doctors, nurses, and staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Dorothy Ley Hospice for the exceptional care, compassion, and support they provided to Mario and his family.
