It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mario Pozzulo at home in Newmarket, surrounded by the love of his family.
Mario was born in Monteleone di Puglia, Italy to the late Antonio and Pasqualina (nee Volpe) Pozzulo. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Michelina, with whom he
shared 51 wonderful years of marriage filled with love, devotion, and cherished memories.
elevated eF18H He was a proud and loving father to Pasqualina (Sebastian), Antonio (Angie) and Angela (Elias) and a cherished Nonno to Matteo, Jacob, Mia, Leah, Massimo and
Alessio who brought immense joy and happiness to his life. Mario will be lovingly remembered by his brother, Roccantonio (the late Michela). He was predeceased by his beloved sister, Lucia (the late Giuseppe), who held a very special place in his heart.
elevated eF18H He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched and who had the privilege of
knowing and loving him. Mario’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family and all who knew him.
elevated eF18H In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations in Mario’s memory be made to the Hospital of Sick Children
